RQ Swann is originally from Huntsville, Texas; 4th generation, in fact. He served a 6-year enlistment in the U.S. Army before returning to Huntsville to attend Sam Houston State University. 

RQ has been in sales and operations management for over two decades, and holds both a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License.

After working in his latest roles with Mutual of Omaha and Northwestern Mutual, RQ joined the HCM-Guided Retirement team at Howard Capital Management, Inc. as a Regional Wholesaler, representing Texas as part of his central territory.

In his free time, RQ enjoys spending time in the outdoors fishing, hunting and playing a round of golf.
